FIXED FEE* – Pool/Spa Compliance Inspection & Certificate

Including GST
- Comprehensive on-site pool/spa barrier compliance inspection to the Australian standard set by your local council.
- Same-day comprehensive report and video (if required) documenting the inspection and any recommendations to keep your barrier compliant for the future.
- Certificate of Barrier Compliance (Form 23) issued the same-day (if complaint on 1st inspection).
- If the barriers is not compliant and requires repairs or modifications, we will book a follow-up inspection to be conducted with-in 60 days.
- Detailed debrief with the property owner outlining the issues to be fixed with easy to follow steps to ensure the barrier is compliant on the follow-up inspection.
- Recommend local trades that may assist in rectifying any issues found.
- * Fixed Fee applies to inspections within a 15km radius of Beaumaris. Areas outside this radius may incur additional charges if a follow up inspection is required.
Pool/Spa Pre Inspection Consultation Service
$300
Including GST
- Consultation service for pool and spa owners wanting to change, modify or add new barriers. Pre- inspection to identify any issues or problem areas well before their compliance due date. Certificate not included.
- Same-day comprehensive report documenting the inspection including recommendations and any non-compliance items that need to be addressed.
- Detailed debrief with the property owner on any further work needed.
- Recommend local trades that may assist in addressing issues and and any further work needed.
- If the barrier is compliant, at the owner’s request, we can issue a Certificate of Compliance (Form 23) within 60 days for $50 Inc gst.
